Working Process
Waste Engine Oil Recycling Process
The waste engine oil first enters the pretreatment system for filtration and dehydration.
After preheating, the oil enters the vacuum distillation reactor where light hydrocarbon fractions are separated under controlled temperature and negative pressure conditions.
The oil gas then passes through the catalytic purification system and condensation cooling system to obtain purified diesel fuel.
Heavy residues and sludge are discharged separately to ensure stable operation and high fuel quality.
